Event Schedule

Note: All times are subject to change. Follow the Cycling NZ Schools Facebook event for updates and check you are viewing the latest manual version.

Registration/Race plate pick up:

• All plates are packaged per school. Individual plates will not be broken out of school packs at registration. 
• Plates are available to be picked up at Registration Office from Wednesday 0700 onwards. 
• Riders use the same plate for all events.
• Prizegivings will be at the event village in the information carpark. Saturday an earlier prizegiving is planned to allow teams to head off. 

MONDAY/TUESDAY PRACTICE TIME      

9am – 4pm; MT HUTT

 *note the mountain road will be shut for private shuttles from Monday morning to event close (Saturday  afternoon) you can book Bike Methven shuttles for Monday/Tuesday.

DH Track walk from 4.30pm Wednesday, the access road will be open from 4.30 to 5.30 to shuttle up to walk the track, note no bikes will be on tracks during this time.

SHUTTLE BOOKINGS

Competitors can book one time slot only. Ticket sales close on the 19th of March 12pm.

Please book only one two hour session per competitor.

9.30am - 11.30am

11.30am - 1.30pm

1.30pm - 3.30pm

Please note there will be no self shuttles on these days & Wednesday however uphill riding tracks will be open.
